Celestron is firmly committed to providing our customers with quality, reliable products through Authorized Dealers. To ensure Celestron customers receive the quality service they deserve, we select Authorized Dealers whom we believe share our vision of quality and service.  We expect our dealers to provide pre-delivery and post delivery service and to maintain knowledgeable personnel. 

Occasionally, an unauthorized reseller manages to obtain Celestron products and offer them for sale to an unsuspecting customer.  There are many websites and dealers who claim to be an Authorized Celestron Dealer, but they are not. Products sold on these websites or from these sources do not carry a warranty from Celestron, nor are manufacturer rebates or special offers valid when product is purchased through these resellers. Purchasing Celestron products from such entities could be risky as the products may be counterfeit, used, or defective. We try to prevent it from happening in both unauthorized stores and the internet.  Unfortunately, we do not catch everyone.  Please protect yourself and your Celestron product by ensuring that you purchase Celestron products from an Authorized Celestron Dealer.

Our policy is to honor product warranties and to perform services only on products purchased from an Authorized Celestron Dealer. If you purchase a Celestron product from an unauthorized reseller your Celestron warranty will not be valid.  By purchasing from a Celestron Authorized Dealer, you will be able to take advantage of rebate and special offers; these offers are not valid on product sold through unauthorized resellers.
