Why does my Windows XP driver not appear to work with my VistaPix?
Answer It is not necessary to load the drivers for Windows XP computers. VistaPix is designed to work with XP as a Plug and Play device.

Once you have connected your USB cable to the computer and powered up your VistaPix, the unit should appear as an additional drive in My Computer folder. If for some reason the unit does not appear in My Computer, the drive letter the unit is looking to create may already be in use. If you are experiencing this problem, you may need to map a new drive in My Computer.
