 How do I connect my computerized telescope to my computer using NexRemote?
Answer First, the telescope must be powered on. Second, when using a serial to USB connection make sure that the drivers for the serial to USB adapter are installed. Third,  your connections need to be snug. Check the cable into the hand control, the hand control into the computer, the RS232 into the USB adapter, and the adapter into the PC. 

From the computer device manager, make sure that you can see the port to which the USB adapter is connected. Once the port is identified, select the proper port while in NexRemote. Next, select the proper mount model for your telescope. Once these items have been verified you can now proceed to use NexRemote.
