How can I make my PowerSeeker mount track stars?
Answer The PowerSeeker equatorial mounts come out of the box without any drives or electronics. They are equipped with setting circles and slow motions in both right ascension and declination, so you can polar align your scope and then manually track stars.

Polar alignment is covered in your owner’s manual as well as in the Celestron Knowledgebase. Setting circle use is also covered in the Knowledgebase.

Celestron provides the #93514 motor drive that can be mounted to allow battery-powered scope movement to track stars. It replaces the manual RA slow motion.
