 Why is my Handheld Digital Microscope showing a white page as gray?
Answer You need to adjust the brightness control in the image capture software you are using.

For the Digital Microscope Suite, click on FILE > SETTINGS > DEVICE > VIDEO DEVICE.

A PROPERTIES window will open. Now adjust the brightness control to your liking. The default setting is 18% gray.

Click APPLY > OK, then OK to save the settings for your session.

For AMCap, similar settings are under OPTIONS > VIDEO CAPTURE FILTER.
