 My hand control works fine when plugged into my scope but not when it’s plugged into my SkySync GPS. What’s wrong?
Answer Your hand control firmware needs to be updated. Older versions of the firmware aren't fully compatible with the SkySync GPS.

First, check your firmware version: MENU > UTILITIES > VERSION.

The latest firmware versions for current production mounts are found  here:
