 The touch screen on my Deluxe LCD Digital Microscope #44345 doesn’t respond. How can I fix this?
Answer You need to reset the microscope display and settings.

Do this as follows. Turn of the microscope and watch the display carefully. The words “Shutting power off” will appear. With the stylus, tap the screen in the center. This must be done quickly before the message disappears and the scope powers off completely.

After tapping the center of the screen, it will go to black and the words “Use touch pen!” will display. Five circles will appear consecutively in the upper left, lower left, upper right, lower right and center. Tap each in turn with the stylus (touch pen).

Now your microscope is reset and you can use the touch screen as you normally would when you power it up.
