 My AstroFX program crashes when starting on my Windows 7 64 bit computer. What's wrong?

This program for the NightScape camera was tested on Windows 7 64 bit machines during product development.  There were no issues.  It's probably an issue with your specific computer.

 

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the program.  Try installing on a different computer. Try running it in as administrator in Windows XP Service Pack 3 compatibility mode.

 

What color is the artwork of your CD?  You should have one with primarily black artwork.  If the artwork is primarily orange, you may had a bad version of the software. You can download a good version of the program here:
