 When I run NexRemote, the hand control icon appears briefly and then either vanishes from the desktop or shows as a white ghostly silhouette. Can this be fixed?
Answer

This problem usually happens with older versions of the program and is especially prevalent on Windows 7 and Vista systems.

Download the latest free version here:

http://www.celestron.com/c3/support3/index.php?_m=downloads&_a=viewdownload&downloaditemid=588

It’s not necessary to uninstall the previous version.  Just install this new version over it.
