 Why won’t my Windows XP computer load the NexImage #93712 drivers from the CD?

The drivers on the CD were designed to run on Windows XP. If they don’t, you probably have not updated your XP operating system. Try downloading the Service Pack 3 update from Microsoft and then use the CD again to install the drivers for the original NexImage #93712.
