 When using SkyQ Link with my iPad, the app crashes and I have to restart the alignment from scratch. How can I avoid this?

Reboot your iPad by turning it completely off.

 

When you do this you free up lots of memory that is used by running apps on the iPad.  If you simply allow the screen to turn off or the iPad to sleep these apps are still running and consuming memory.  This memory hogging keeps the SkyQ app and SkyQ Link from successfully working, resulting in frequent crashing.
