 I am using the SkyQ Link PC and I'm getting an error message “Unhandled exception has occurred” What has happened?

SkyQ Link PC basically has crashed when you see this message. 

Unhandled error message

There has been a fatal conflict either in connectivity or values entered for configuring the connection.  Quit the application then restart it.
