 I’m trying to install the Digital Microscope Suite (DMS) on Windows 7 and my computer is giving a “does not support” message. How do I fix this?
Answer

DMS is compatible with Windows 7 and usually installs without issues.

If you get such a message, try plugging in the microscope as you are installing the program. This can force the operating system to successfully install DMS.
