My GPS-equipped scope is showing the wrong time information. How do I correct this?
Answer

Your scope will display the Universal Time given by the GPS satellite system unless you set the correct time-site information.

First, confirm that the GPS has linked.  The message GPS LINKING will have disappeared from the display and the current date, time and location will be shown.

Now go to MENU – SCOPE SETUP – SETUP TIME-SITE.

Going through and confirming the entries under SETUP TIME-SITE will bring you to the time zone and daylight savings time information. Correct the values for time zone to your own and make the proper choice between daylight savings time and standard time when prompted as you go through the information.

Now your scope will apply these settings to linked information from the GPS satellites and display the correct time for your location.
