 I want to use a binoviewer with my EdgeHD optical tube (OTA). What is its back focus distance?
Answer The EdgeHD series of Schmidt-Cassegrain telescopes (SCTs) has the same back focus as its underlying classical Celestron SCT design. Depending on the size of the OTA (just like the original Celestron SCT design), it ranges from 5 to 6 inches.

Accessories such as binoviewers that need a large amount of back focus will work just as they did with an older Celestron SCT of the same aperture.
