 My #47007 Large Format LCD Weather Station has a missing channel switch. Is this normal?
Answer Yes it is normal.  This weather station does not come with multiple sensors.  So there is no channel selection.  This is a mistake in the manual.

The manual also erroneously states to press the TX button to link the transmitter and receiver.  The weather station actually finds the signal by pressing the SEARCH button on the back of the receiver (main unit).  You may need to wait up to a minute before hearing a beep that indicates the signal is being received.

Future manuals will be corrected and posted under support on the weather station’s product page on the celestron.com website.
