The NexImage will fit with no problems in the Regal’s eyepiece tube.

However, the Regal spotting scope has a very tiny back focus and you won’t be able to focus an image of an object at infinity directly on the chip of the NexImage camera.

You’ll need to use a Barlow lens like Celestron’s Ultima Barlow #93506 or the #93640 1.25” Universal T-adapter with Barlow. Put the Barlow in the Regal and then put the nosepiece of the NexImage into the Barlow.

The Barlow lens extends the back focus to a distance where the Regal can focus inside the NexImage.
