Tech Support representatives are on hand Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm PST (excluding holidays). Certain times of the year we experience high call volumes, if you leave a message for Tech Support over the phone, your call will be returned in the order it was received. Most calls are returned the same day depending on when the message was received. Most e-mails are also answered on the same day depending on when the message was received. Our goal is to provide an answer to a customer's question within 24 hours when possible.
We also offer an extensive Technical Support section on our web site, we encourage you to check out the Frequently Asked Questions on the web site before contacting Tech Support. Our Customer Service Department is on hand to assist Celestron Dealers ONLY. We do not sell direct to the public. We value the working relationship with our network of dealers. We know that providing product images, information and marketing materials can help our dealers promote and sell our products. It is for this reason that we have created our Dealer Resource site. We also provide PDF versions of some of popular product literature as well as a complete listing of shipping weights and measures. At Celestron, we believe that promoting the hobby of astronomy is vital to the success of our business. We maintain a section of our web site to promote astronomy-related events and encourage astronomy clubs and organizations to submit events and keep an open communication with our Marketing Department. We are always willing to send out our marketing materials like catalogs, product reviews, ad reprints, etc. We are even able, on occasion, to send Celestron representatives to attend events and participate in star parties.
