I have absolutely fallen in love with this telescope! With this piece of equipment, exploring the night sky becomes more than just a hobby, it becomes a journey to how small we really are, and just how big and awesome God really is. There are so many sights to see with this telescope. I am still learning how to use it, but enjoy it every minute. It's a challenge that drives this obsession over the top...but this telescope just makes it even more enjoyable. WOW! Every time I peer into the eyepiece, I get so excited. There is so much to see out there, and this telescope is a personal spacecraft - ready to take you on a journey you never want to end. Luckily, space is a pretty big place and chances of running out of things to see are very slim. :) My first scope was a Meade, however, the optics of this telescope are incredibly crisp and clear! Celestron Telescopes are indeed the Cadillac of all telescopes! I am so pleased with this product, and you will be too! :) (Posted on 2/26/12)Rate This Product - best after long hours of research!!! I got this telescope about 2 months ago, and it has completely changed how I look at the sky!!! It has the ability to see the orion nebula as a faint greenish cloud in an urban environment, and it can easily see double clusters and Jupiters moons!!! The andromeda galaxy is a big puff of grey round smoke, but it's still amazing!!! If you get the computerized one for $800, I suggest getting a dslr camera with an adapter for long exposure astrophothgraphy. It allows you to see anything!!! BIG IMPOrTANT INFo: the naked eye is limited to seeing Jupiter, Orion nebula, puff of andromeda, and bright clusters!!! No other nebula or galaxies can be seen without long exposure photography!!!!
