Very useful and fun... It'll send you around your life looking for things to see at magnification... Bugs, seashells, you name it. Very easy to use, the focus knob feels solid, construction seems robust, and the tripod is nice and heavy, and beautifully chrome plated.. the images are very good, but I wish there was a control to dim the lights. If you are looking at shiny objects, they wash out quite badly in the intense light...
