This is my first purchase of a "real telescope" not something from wallgreens or walmart. I have enjoyed seeing the moon, now need to get out of the city to get views of the planets and nebulas. Highly recommend that you pick up the accessory kit for additional lenses and filters. Makes it easy on the eyes to see the moon if you have the moon filter on and finding objects with the 32mm wide angle eye piece than the 22mm that comes with the scope. The red dot finder is not the best but once you have it lined up, it will get the job done.
