Schmidt-Cassegrain Telescope (SCT) Optical Tube Assembly (OTA) and CGE Computerized Mount — Portability and Stability In A Complete System. All CGE's can be quickly disassembled into easy to handle transportable components — even the CGE 1400! Recognized for superior stability, German Equatorial mounts eliminate the tuning fork like vibration associated with fork mounted telescopes. The new CGE's are ideal for viewing objects in every part of the sky – even in the North where fork mounts have difficulty pointing.

Easy to polar align – German Equatorial mounts are the choice of the best astro-photographers.

Easy to counter balance — In both RA and Dec, for smooth photographic quality tracking.

State-of-the-art Mount — The CGE Mount is made of CNC machined aluminum and stainless steel and features the NexStar® control system.
