The NexStar 76GT provides a step up in aperture from the 60GT increasing light gathering by 60%. It offers all of the advantages of a Newtonian design at a 3" NexStar GT Series 76GT #31122aperture. The superb optics of this telescope offer dazzling images of the moon; Saturn and its rings; Jupiter, with its belts and moons; and hundreds of deep-sky objects, including galaxies, nebulae and star clusters. Because of the Newtonian design, the mirror gives fully color-corrected views that are best suited for astronomical use.
