PowerSeeker 70AZ Telescope

Just purchased this telescope for my 7 year old daughter for Christmas... Literally just finished putting it together as a Santa Clause gift... Overall the construction seems to be very well put together with one minor problem on ours... The horizontal knob does nothing if tightened all the way down... Not sure if it is a problem within the mount or what but it just doesn't do anything... Where the swivel mount joins the rest of the mount it is wobbly and not sturdy... Minus that one problem it will be perfect for my daughter to begin a love of science... I received my very first telescope for Christmas (Santa?) when I was about her age and have loved stargazing ever since...
