Why does my PowerSeeker 127EQ has only one counterweight, yet the manual shows two?

The PowerSeeker 127EQ model originally shipped with one 5 lbs and one 2 lbs counterweights. In 2009, Celestron switched to a single, heavier counterweight that presently ships with the telescope. The manual was not reprinted or sent with an addendum sheet to reflect this change.
