Taken with Celestron CG14 SCT (a C14 on a
German Equatorial Mount), SBIG ST-7 CCD, CW8 CFW on October 10, 1999 at
23:15 MST. A two (2) second integration
at F/11 was taken to capture the moons of Saturn. Separate RGB
integrations of 0.11 seconds at F/11 were captured, sharpened using
unsharp mask and high pass FFT, and combined to form the color image of
Saturn. The color image Saturn was then substituted for the monochrome
image of the planet. Annotation was performed using Adobe PhotoShop.
