30-Day Return Policy
You may return new, unused, and resalable items for a refund within 30 days from the date of delivery and must be received by Celestron within 15 days of RMA issuance. If the product is not returned in like-new condition Celestron reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee.
You can obtain an RMA number through our online Returns Form or by contacting our Customer Service team. Ensure that the item is in its original product packaging, your RMA number is visible on the outside of the shipping box, and ship it back to us via your preferred shipping method.
You are responsible for return shipping costs; we recommend purchasing tracking or delivery confirmation to ensure your return reaches us.
We will credit you for the total purchase price upon our receipt of your return. Products returned under this policy are eligible for a refund to the original method of payment.
Defective Product Returns
If you find your item is defective upon receipt, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
You can obtain a prepaid shipping label through our Returns Form or by contacting our Customer Service team. If Celestron determines that the returned item is not defective, the cost of the prepaid shipping label will be deducted from the refund.
Important: Defective returns shipped to Celestron, without a prepaid label supplied by Celestron, will not receive a refund for the return shipping costs.
