I am getting a widows error message when trying to install Nexremote on my system what can I do?

When your try to install NexRemote you may see the following error message:

NexRemote Windows 8 error

What this means is that you must install the program using Window's compatibility feature.

1. Download the latest version of NexRemote from the Celestron website:

2. Save the file to the desktop. Right-click on it and choose “Extract all files” and save the NexRemoteInstall_1_7_22.exe either on the desktop or in a new folder.

6. Select the troubleshoot program.
