I want to use a 4 GB secure digital card with my VistaPix and/or IS70. Will it work?

Probably not, as most larger-size SD cards are actually SDHC types and are not compatible with the VistaPix series.

The VistaPix and the VistaPix IS70, use the SD card as external memory for images taken with their integral digital cameras. They are made to take the original SD format, which is generally made in sizes of 2 gigabytes (GB) and smaller. This is the largest capacity card you can use with your VistaPix binocular or spotting scope.

Many new cards are in the SDHC (high capacity) format generally made in sizes larger than 2 GB. While these cards may work in other cameras you have, they will not work with your VistaPix.
